Instructions:
1. Take a close look at all four of the social media posts. The links for each of the posts are in column B of the Excel file (attached below).
2. Examine the metrics for all four posts. [excel file attached)
3. In a 1-2 page paper, do the following:
a) Summarize the social media metrics. Pretend that your audience includes the new NKU president, and assume that he knows NOTHING about social media metrics, so you’ll have to be professional and clearly explain what all of the numbers mean.
b) Then, explain which one social media post you believe was the most effective, and why you believe it was the most effective.
c) Based on the data, give recommendations for NKU’s social media team moving forward. What types of posts do you recommend they use? Based on Lizzie’s presentation, which social media platforms should they use for which audiences and why?
d) From the data, one of the posts was “boosted” for $20. It’s your job to look at the data and find out which one and what the boost (ad) did for the post. Going back to the topic from last week, what is the CPM of the ad?
