To begin, you will be asked to do the following:
- Include your name at the top of your document
- Identify the organization’s name, its industry, and the organization’s location
Next:
- Based on your analyses, provide three strategic recommendations for how your organization can create (or improve) its competitive advantage in its industry. In your answer, make the connection between your recommendations and your previous analysis.
- For each strategic recommendation, provide the tactical or operational steps that your organization will need to take to achieve the desired outcomes.
- For each set of strategic recommendations and tactics, apply the 7S’s model to demonstrate which elements will need to be aligned in order for a successful implementation of your proposed strategy.
