-Read the short book James Fulcher: Capitalism: A Very Short Introduction (You can find it in the files here). Its concerns overlap very substantially with those of this course, yet it has a different take on the subject than that taken by Professor in the course. Identify what you regard as a key issue in the history of economic growth where the analysis and understanding you find in the book you read differs from that taken in the course. Outline the two positions taken by the book author and by the professor. Then explain which perspective you find more convincing, and why.
