Video on Dell that should be used in conjunction of book material that I attached in files and labeled as the case study.
In your case study paper, you will address the following questions.
1. How did Dell modify existing culture to one fostering innovation as a method to reaching its goals?
2. What were the results of the collaborate to innovate initiative?
3. How does the company’s results with sustainable products, material, and manufacturing aid in achieving goals in the 2020 legacy of good?
Case study should be at least 500 words, not including title or reference page. I am choosing 825 words because, please have detailed introduction and conclusion paragraphs.
There are charts in the case study, in text they are labeled as Exhibit’s 1-3. I have attached those charts and the Goals/Aspirations chart
