As the fearless leader of ISM Inc., I have purchased an application that deploys a static web page and several REST web services as WAR files. The application uses an Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres-based database to host data.
Based on these features alone, please recommend an expandable dynamic solution for this application. Please indicate the minimum cost to run your solution per month and describe why each cloud service was selected. If a cloud service is not appropriate, make a recommendation for on-prem hardware.
