1) Select a peer-reviewed journal article that discusses some aspect of your selected topic. The article should be from 2019, 2020, or 2021. See below for a list of relevant journals that are available through the Marian University Library. To locate the journals and browse their content, use the Journals A to Z search engine which is available HERE.
b) Draw a clear connection between the textbook content and the article (provide the chapter(s) and section(s) of the textbook).
c) What did you find most interesting, eye-opening, surprising, confusing, etc.?
2) Select a newspaper or magazine article that deals with the same topic. It does not need to address the same exact study or case as the journal article, but it should address the same general topic that you are researching. The article should be from 2019, 2020, or 2021. For this portion of the project, I recommend using the BadgerLink database which is available through the Marian University Library. Click HERE-2, then scroll to bottom of page.

c) What did you find most interesting, eye-opening, surprising, confusing, etc.?
3) Reflect on the articles and discuss how they helped to clarify, and expand upon, the course material.
Please provide proper in-text and full reference citations in APA format. The overall layout of your paper should also be in APA format, including a separate title page and reference page. You do not need to write an abstract section. The body of the paper should be 2-3 pages (double-spaced). Need help with APA formatting?
