Write a 3-4 page paper that identifies a healthcare organization in your state and the steps needed to assist the healthcare organization to begin working and performing efficiently. Be sure to do the following:
- Include the name of the healthcare organization and the challenges it is facing or has faced.
- Summarize the statistical information youve looked through to assess your findings.
- Identify at least 3 areas of inefficiency (e.g., staff shortage, limited resources, lack of funds, outdated systems, inaccurate billing, and coding, etc.).
- Address the reasons those areas are not operating optimally or efficiently.
- Describe at least three strategies that can be implemented to address each area operating inefficiently.
