- Discuss some appropriate interventions for incontinence experienced by the patient. Interventions might include pharmacological and behavioural interventions.
3. Patients may have a challenging time discussing incontinence problems. Identify and discuss ways to sensitively approach and discuss these issues.
4. Review Chapter 10 Box 10-3 that lists factors that contribute to sleep problems in the older adult. Brainstorm and discuss ways to improve sleep disorders. Share how you might aid in implementing these with your older adult client.
