Harassment and discrimination are unfortunately a common occurrence in emergency services. Judgments against emergency services agencies can significantly harm the departments reputation and bottom line. Write a 45 page paper that discusses federal and state laws that have an impact on the management of emergency services. This paper should identify and discuss one federal and one state law for each of the following topics:
- Sexual Harassment
- Pregnancy Discrimination
- Religious accommodation
Be sure to list the specific federal and state laws that pertain to each issue. Also ensure that you discuss how each of these issues impact how emergency services organizations operate.
