You will research and outline a crisis (or problematic issue) faced by an organization as a case study. In your case study you are to answer the following questions:
a. What is the crisis (including a timeline of events)?
b. What made this situation a crisis (rather than an issue or a problem)?
c. Who did the crisis affect and what are the impacts on different stakeholders/publics?
d. What did the organization do well in handling the crisis?
e. What did the organization do poorly in handling the crisis?
f. What do you think should have been done differently?
Your assignment should be concise and precise. Word level is 1,500 but waffle is not counted.
You need to demonstrate an understanding of the complexity and interrelationships behind a crisis.
It should address all of the above questions and be referenced to an academic standard.
