For your final paper, you are required to answer six question sets and draft one interoffice legal memorandum relating to your research and conclusions regarding John Smiths case. You will find the questions and directions for the memo located in the [Word]. You will insert your replies into the Capstone Response Template and return it to your instructor by the end of Unit 6. A quality response to each question set will be 1-2 pages in length and the memo itself should be 3-4 pages. The final draft of your project should be a minimum of 12 pages, not including the title and reference pages. Remember to utilize APA formatting for your paper, including 1-inch margins, 12-point Times New Roman font, and in-text citations, and format your legal citations using Bluebook style.
