Your paper should be curriculum or instruction-based and address the following questions:

• What is the purpose?
• How is it used?
• Who was the original researcher/creator/designer?
• What are the benefits?
• What are the characteristics?
• How does this trend relate to your personal philosophy?
• How does this trend relate to the role of instructional leader?

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages.
References: Minimum of five scholarly resources.
