In this assignment, you will investigate the proactive and reactive responses of organizations to crises. You may research the reactions of two organizations to the same crisis or their reactions to different crises.
Create one page document describing a recent crisis involving an organization using proactive communication strategies to disseminate information and another for an organization clearly responding in a reactive manner. Describe the crisis or crises encountered, and contrast their proactive and reactive approaches to the crisis or crises. Discuss a rationale for the approach you consider to be more productive.
