Organizations need to continually monitor movement within an organization in order to ensure they are successful. Leaders may look to engage with stakeholders regarding their feedback on certain topics such as communication and the goals of the company (Genik et al., 2021). Stakeholders are on the front lines of an organizations typically; this is why it is important to receive their feedback specifically (Genik et al., 2021). Another way to monitor an organization is to release surveys via email to all stakeholders (Sinclair et al., 2021). Surveys give stakeholders the opportunity to give constructive feedback and may have to option to do so anonymously (Sinclair et al., 2021). Creating an anonymous survey may allow stakeholders to be more open and honest about their thoughts on the company (Sinclair et al., 2021). Another way to monitor activities would be to create goals and expectations. Watching the company meet those goals and expectations may be a way of measuring success by seeing how and if they meet the set goals (Sinclair et al., 2021).
