- Provide feedback (or suggested improvements) regarding your colleague’s papers content (e.g., their research approach and foundation, whether their proposed methodology appears forensically sound or in keeping with best practices, etc.), as well as the papers flow, organization, grammar/punctuation, and APA.
- Focus on providing professional and constructive feedback. These people are your peers, not your subordinates, students, or royal subjects, so please treat them with respect. Speak to them and provide them helpful information in a way that you would like to receive it yourself.
