– it should be nicely presented with ( fading animation ) but clear and not too colourful 

– The idea is that I will need to  explain to the audience what is needed in an effective proposal ( Summary, background, timeline,

   Budget/Investment etc )

 

– presentation should be 4-5 MIN MAX r, right to the point, and the script should be clear and easy to understand by everyone who is listening to me presenting it
