Situation Analyses:
(In this section, your group will conduct a situation analysis of the client company (or the industry) in the case. You are encouraged to apply the marketing concepts/principles/models you have learned so far into your analyses. Whenever applicable, your situation analysis should cover the three Cs, i.e., the company, the customers, and the competitors (i.e., the industry)).
Issues, Opportunities, and Recommendations:
(In this section, your group will analyze the issues or opportunities that the client company or the industry has, and based on which your group will provide recommendations to the company or the industry. The recommendations should be feasible and realistic.)
The case memo should be 3 pages (excluding appendixes, figures, tables, and references) in length and double-spaced.
