There are two sections to be detailed.  I have provided what have so far to give you an idea of what is going on. I have also provided the rubric that explains each section and what it intels.  I need the sectios to correspond with the topics in the paper I have provided. 

Each section should not exceed 250 words but cover each question asked by the outline in the paper.
