1. Does your state have a Sex Offense Court? If not, please locate a neighboring state, which has a Sex Offense Court.
2. What are the goals and objectives of this specialty Court according to the website? 
3. In your opinion, is this Court necessary, or is it a waste of federal and/or state funds? Please be specific.
