The budget is tight requiring you to utilize resources to staff and supply the new satellite office until revenues become available.
You manage a Federally Qualified Healthcare Facility (FQHC) and have been informed that you are losing a substantial amount of funding from the government. Most of the population that you service is of very low income. There are 3 other (FQHCs) within 140 miles of your facility managed by the same organization.
