In Module 2, you learned how to write a reaction paper and applied those skills in an assignment. This week, you have a chance to hone those skills with another topic.
Use the Hunt Library to locate the article “Selling Health Data” by B. Kaplan. Analyze and evaluate the article and then write a minimum 500-word APA formatted reaction paper. In the paper:
Develop a comparison of US vs. UK laws as discussed in the article and the weekly readings
Rate the effectiveness of both systems based on the information from the article
Discuss key points of the article
Indicate whether or not you agree with the position of the paper and why
Use the Hunt Library to provide a minimum of two academic sources that support your responses.
