Organizing a Union is a complicated procedure involving several players. The initial step in this process is the Authorization Card Campaign. It is during this time that the Union attempts to show enough interest in the Union to force a certification election. Please explain why and how unions are organized? Then pick a union through an internet search that is still in place and active today and discuss the Union and why it is good to still have this union in place today. Cite your findings.
