1-there are 4 appendixes u have to done in aspect of psychology 

2- in appendix (2) required to have two negative thoughts and according to them u will answer the Qs , the negative thoughts ( i will never be  good a psychology) and (I feel my friend does not hangout with me )

3- in appendix (4) required any event that trigger the thoughts try to describe the events  according to negagive thoughts

important when u write make sure u used I psychology terms and describing as u facing these thoughts and feeling
