The purpose of this journal is to evaluate a variety of self assessments geared toward revealing your current state of stress, self care strategies, professional quality of life and burn out status.
In your journal, answer the following questions after reading, reviewing, and completing the items in the Resources for Assessment below:
- You will conduct each assessment on yourself and analyze your results.
- Explain why you found each assessment valid or not.
- Did you learn anything new about yourself?
- Tell if you feel moved to change anything in your life after analyzing your results?
- Evaluate which assessment you found to be the most useful and explain why.
- This journal should be 2-3 pages, and cited in APA format.
