Part II:  Furman v. Georgia and Gregg v. Georgia are the two landmark cases regarding the death penalty.  There is considerable debate over the use of capital punishment as a criminal sanction. What is your opinion about the death penalty and why have you chosen this position?  Choose an additional landmark Death Penalty case mentioned in the textbook, and discuss its findings.  For example, Roper vs. Simmons, Atkins vs. Virginia, etc.
