The research will use a secondary data research method and its goal is to evaluatethe obesity rates among minorities and help create awareness regarding theconsequences of obesity that will have a significant impact on people’sknowledge and nutritional decisions that support healthier choices amongstchange agents. Regarding the behavior, self-management of healthier choices canbe fostered, and further, quality of life will be increased.
