dNow that you have completed the Group Discussion Forum on Effective Reentry Policies, individually write and submit a report (3-5 pages) on the developed policies and incorporate 1-2 journal articles that validate your proposal. Due on Monday, 11/8 at 11:55pm EST.
Based on what you have learned so far this semester regarding the challenges special populations face, (educational barriers, stereotypes, economics), there are other obstacles men and women in transition face when leaving prison to include…employment, housing, relationship/familial, drug addiction, etc. Based on these obstacles that can keep men and women in that prison mindset, in your group discussion forum discuss and develop reentry policies and programs that can help assist with their successful transition and develop a solid plan of action.
