University Exercise

All of you have been a customer of a University. Presumably, you did not just wander into the classroom and stay awhile. Think back to your experience at buying a college. How were you marketed to? Who marketed to you? What elements of the marketing mix were used with you? What elements of the promotion mix were used with you? What did you like/dislike about the University marketing efforts? To what extent did word of mouth a affect your decision to buy University? What was the final, most convincing marketing effort that pushed you over the hump and enabled you to buy  University? What has been the most important marketing effort (intended or unintended) that convinces you to repeat your purchase each semester? What would you suggest to improve in the Universitys marketing efforts?
