09 Nov L13 BONUS Assignment: State Agencies
The purpose of this bonus assignment is to familiarize students with some component of the Texas Plural Executive. To make this assignment more meaningful, students might want to select the agency that regulates their chosen profession or an agency with which the student has prior, personal experience.

If you use this URL, you will be taken to the official portal to Texas State Government. You can locate the comprehensive list of state officials and state agencies by following these steps:
- Click on the “Government tab at the top of your computer screen.
- On the next page, click on the State Agencies and Departments link to access an alphabetic list of all state agencies. Alternatively, you can use the filter function on the left side of your computer screen to produce a list of agencies by broad public policy areas.
- Please DO NOT select the web site for the Office of the Governor, any court, river or lake authority, or fair or festival for this assignment.
