09 Nov Exercise Physiology Research Paper
In order to fulfill the WID component of the course, you will write a research paper describing mechanisms of exercise intolerance in patients with heart disease (e.g., heart failure with preserved ejection fraction or HFpEF). The paper should be approximately 4-5 pages in length (double-spaced, one-inch margins) and include a minimum of four scholarly works. In other words, you must use scientific manuscripts as your resources and cite accordingly.
Please use one of the following in-text and reference style options listed below – both are acceptable.
1) Place references in alphabetical order. Use numbered in-text citations. I have included an example for your reference below (Cross 2014).
2) The reference list shall be in order of citation used within the body of the manuscript (rather than in alphabetic order) and numbered. There is an example for this style included below, as well (Shafer 2021).
Please realize this assignment fulfills the WID requirements, which means it is not only about the (scientific) content but also the spelling, grammar, word choice/structure, organization, etc. Be thoughtful in HOW you write, not just what you write.
