09 Nov Team Building
Instructions:
Read the descriptions of the new Educational Travel team at Quest Specialty Travel. Then
select ground rules from the following table that are appropriate for this team.
The Educational Travel team arranges for Quest customers to attend one-week or two-week courses in
countries around the world. They need to meet regularly though briefly to discuss details about the
courses and trips. They also think they will spend much of their time solving problems for customers
who are not familiar with their host countries.
Use the answer column to indicate yes or no for each ground rule and if the rule falls to Courtesy,
Communication, Operating Procedures, or Problems and Decisions.
