Instructions: Read the description of the project the Educational Travel team at Quest Specialty Travel
needs to perform. Then organize the project into three categories of tasks. List the tasks for each
category.
The goal of the Educational Travel team is to arrange three new courses in Latin America. They also need
to renew arrangements for the courses they now offer in Europe. In addition, they need to propose
courses for other regions where Quest customers travel.
For new courses, they must find a school, hire instructors, and create a schedule. For existing courses,
they must update brochures, renew instructor contracts, and confirm the schedule. For courses they
need to propose, they must research countries, courses, and activities.
For each region, define their goals, tasks, and create a timeline for each. Build the timeline for how you
see priorities. (Excel grid preferred for your layout)
For each task, assign a team role that you feel would be most suited for that task and explain why.
