Part Two
Search the CT Library for articles discussing the nursing shortage. Look for articles published in the last 5 years. You are required to use 1 scholarly resource in addition to your textbook.
- What does the literature say about the perils of short staffing for nurses?
- Discuss methods used in the workplace to prevent staff shortages.
