PHOTOGRAPHY PROJECT
• Review the Photography PowerPoint for examples.
• Take your own photographs for each of the 10 subject areas on the Photography Subject Photo Checklist below. (Use any camera or your phone.)
• You may shoot as many photos as you like, but submit only one photo for each subject,
(ten photos in total).
• Edit your photos, so that you are able to submit only one for each category, your ten best.
• Upload each photo on a separate sheet and label each photo with your name and subject. (PowerPoints or .PDF format!)
• All 10 photos (labeled) must be NEW for the assignment – black & white or color ink are both good.
• Upload your PowerPoint or .PDF to Photography Subject Assignment & Photography Subject Display Discussion on Blackboard.
Photography Subject Photo Checklist
- Portrait/Self-Portrait (Person; if self-portrait, you must take photo of yourself)
- Portrait/Self-Portrait (Same person close-up or detail; if self-portrait, you must takephoto of yourself) No zooms!
- Group shot (2 people or more; if you are in photo, you must take the photo yourself
- Landscape (nature)
- Landscape (Same nature setting as #5, close-up detail) No zooms!
- Cityscape (building exterior)
- Interior Location (Inside same building, if possible; if not another inside another building)
- Still Life (inanimate objects)
- Still Life (Same inanimate object or objects as #8, close-up or detail) No zooms!
- Your choice (e.g. your pet, your hobby, another example of #1-9 photo)
