Plan: Concisely describe how you plan to approach the client using an individualized, client-centered structure. 

Interventions: Describe the pharmacological interventions that may be appropriate for the client. Would pharmacotherapeutics be indicated at thistime? Explain, supporting your answer with current research and best practices. 

Medication: Select two medications that may be appropriate for the client and discuss the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the agents. Whatare the main adverse drug effects for your selected medications? Are there any potential interactions with these medications and what the clientcurrently takes? 

Variables: Identify variables (age, ethnicity, etc.) in the client that could alter the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the medications selected.Explain how the variables could alter the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the selected medications. 

Promotion and Prevention: Discuss health promotion and disease prevention activities for the client. Which health promotion and disease preventionactivities are appropriate? How will they improve the clients quality of life?
