Using the information on exercise adherence (starting on pg. 264 in your textbook), create a tri-fold brochure OR infographic (more information provided below). Your brochure OR infographic must highlight and include the following:
1) Highlight the physiological benefits of regular physical activity
2) Highlight the psychological benefits of regular physical activity
3) Include information that would encourage people to begin a program.
4) Include information that would encourage people to stay involved in a program.
4) Include images and pictures highlighting physical activity
5) Include a catchy title
6) Make sure to cite all your sources
Creating a Brochure:
You can create a tri-fold brochure using Microsoft Word or use a template. If you use a template, customize the fonts and colors and add images related to the information.
Your tri-fold (brochure) must include the following:
1. Create two pages that fill an 8.5×11" sheet that will become the front and back page of the brochure.
2. You can create your own or use a template to design your tri-fold brochure.
3. The FRONT page must have a catchy title of your brochure: description/purpose of brochure, and picture. Be creative!
4. The BACK page should include Your first and last name, course and section number, information about any upcoming events and programs, and any other information that you deem pertinent.
5. The INSIDE pages (Flap, Left, Middle, and Right) should include all of the following requirements:

- The physiological benefits of regular physical activity
- The psychological benefits of regular physical activity
- Information that would encourage people to begin a program.
- Information that would encourage people to stay involved in a program.
6. Use graphics/charts, pictures, clip art, etc., that you feel would enhance the esthetic value of your brochure.
7. Save your brochure as a PDF once it is completed.
8. Submit in Canvas.
