The objective is for students to be able to apply knowledge covered in the course to everyday life news by engaging in critical thinking (see your textbook, p. 13). To do so, students will be required to complete two applied article assignments. Each assignment requires writing a one-page written summary of an OB-related business article published in either 2020 or 2021 in one of the following outlets:

FORMAT:
The applied article assignments must be one page of Word document (points will be deducted if the text is shorter than one page, or longer than one page), single-spaced text, in size 12 Times New Roman font, with no more than one-inch margins. (Note: Do not place large titles/headings at the top or bottom of the page to try and take up space on the page, and keep in mind that the articles link will not count toward your page length).
CONTENT:
Your summary must address all the following prompts:
- What was the purpose of the article?
- How does the article relate to one or more topics covered in our course?
- What are the practical/applied implications of this article for managers or the organization?
