Pick one of the major sections of law discussed in this class (civil, criminal, human rights, Occupier’s liability). Provide an overview of the relevant legal concepts. Examine your selected field of law in a historical fashion, illustrating how the present legal view evolved over time. This will require both primary (cases) and secondary (academic books/articles). There is no maximum limit on the number of sources used, but you must cite at least ten legal cases and 3-5 academic secondary sources. It should take you no less than 8 pages (double-spaced, size 12 font) to complete this assignment. The absolute maximum is 15 pages. Choose your path wisely.
