Instructions: Use the 5 Rs of reflection, to compare alearning activity or experience that you felt was successfulwith one that you could have done better as a student in nursing school for avisual learner.

2. Recapture youremotions, accomplishments and challenges regarding these two events.
3. Relate: How didthese events help you get where you are today (as a learner)?
4. Rationalize: Whatpatterns or meaning do you take away from these two events?
5. Redirect: What willyou do to continue to build on your success as a learner and overcomeyour challlenges? What sources of strength do you rely on when the goinggets tough?
