Submit Section I – III of your change proposal, incorporating any feedback you may have received from your instructor and peers from the small group collaboration. Your rough draft should be formatted according to the most recent APA guidelines for instructor review and feedback.

Stakeholders are a key element to a successful project. I recommend thinking about the many people in your organization that would be needed to make your project a success. Consider the following:

Materials
Quality
Risk
Nursing Informatics
Nursing Staff
Housekeeping
Infection Prevention
Education
Legal
Finance
Other Leaders
Plan for Activities
Consider the activities, based on the literature and justification of need from your previous rough drafts. What needs to be prepared in order to carry out the project? I recommend using the headers in the prompt of Patient and Nurse Safety, Information Management, Health Literacy, Administrative Policies and Ethical Considerations as you plan out what needs to be done in advance of carrying out the change.
For example, if you were carrying out a change of changing a fall risk assessment and adding additional materials like fall mats and signage, there would be multiple individuals involved to plan this out. Education, materials management, finance, nursing informatics, and others are all needed to make this a success. How does this plan impact patient and nurse safety?
