the previously completed Topic/Question, Literature Review, and a proposed Statistical Test 

Please detail in this section what method you would use to collect data in testing your hypothesis which was identified earlier in the term.  Examples are a survey, observation, before & after intervention/action, qualitative interviews, experiments, data collection from secondary sources etc.  Why would you plan to use this particular method and why is it the best to collect data in testing your hypothesis?
