While it is from 2016, I still believe it is relevant. How do you view the workforce training discussed here? Is this something you would support? What do your schools promote in terms of workforce training – real hands on experiences or simulations? We as educators support other types of homogeneous groups – girls in STEM or HBCUs…what do you think about this?
