Discussion-How Can You Interpret the Culture of an Organization?

This week's reading from the text includes a discussion regarding interpreting cultures in Health Services Organizations. (pp.271-272).  For this discussion, using your current or a previous place of employment in one to two paragraphs, please answer the following question. 

How would you interpret the culture of your organization?  Provide specific examples to support your answer.  Please also provide specifics on the type of organization you are evaluating.
