Objective: Identify areas of stress in your field of chaplaincy ministry.
Instructions
The strongest part of any building is found below the surface in the foundation. In the same way, if a person has a strong foundation in the four domains of wellness, they can better handle the stressors of chaplaincy ministry. This paper will focus on creating a wellness plan to effective in your field of chaplaincy.
Read Chapters 5-8 in your Epperly book. These chapters discuss body-mind-spirit relationships.
Write a 3 to 4 page paper as follows:
Identify the areas of chaplaincy ministry that do or will cause you the most stress and explain why.
Describe how your wellness plan will help reduce these areas of stress.
Explain how your wellness plan will make you balanced and effective in your field of chaplaincy.
