Resilience is the ability to rebound or bounce back from challenges in life. It has been said that spiritual resilience is the ability to sustain an individual’s sense of self and purpose through a set of beliefs, principles or values. This paper will challenge you to identify the steps you have to make to become more resilient in ministry.

Write a 3 to 4 page paper about your spiritual resilience:
Describe your strengths and growth areas as ministry leader.
Describe what ministry areas you currently thrive in and in what areas you are feeling depleted? Identify the steps you have to make to become more resilient in ministry.
Use the articles and videos and any other relevant sources to give weight to your paper. Provide no fewer than three citations.
