Instructions
Your practical theology of self-care will serve as a guide for your future ministry setting and prevent you from ministry burnout and compassion fatigue. It will also help you develop a practical and personal theology of self-care in your particular field of chaplaincy.
This capstone will take the form of a major research paper that lays out a biblical and theological approach to discovering, developing, and deploying your personal self-care plan as a chaplain.
