Based on your prior research of meaningful use objectives, in a 7-8 page paper not including title and reference pages complete the following:

• Describe how you would approach the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR), that includes a discussion on Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), and Value-based Payment Modifier (VBM) and how they relate to information system. Create a list of tasks that need to be done (project milestones) to achieve this implementation.
• Make sure you consider the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the selected systems development life cycle (SDLC) for your organization, and the security attributes previously covered in this course.
