The research paper needs to be about controversial employment law issue “Controversial” in this sense means a law or policy that lacks consensus in the employment world regarding overall propriety, application, cost, liability, etc. There is a list of examples on the assignment instructions (see attached). Needs four peer reviewed academic legal articles (This is a must to meet the rubric), have to briefly summarize each article (250 words or more for each within the research paper). Also need to research 4 actual legal cases that deals with the controversial topic, each case report should be 250 words or more (Please see instructions attached for more detail on this part). Research paper should be at least 2000 words and needs to have 10-12 references with a reference page. Needs to be in APA format as well.
