Now, select an organization of your choosing, and imagine you were responsible for designing the compensation plan. In a 3-5 page academic paper: 1) describe the organization; 2) declare the organizational strategies and intent/purpose of the compensation plan; and 3) present the components and justification of your compensation plan that enables this organization’s success. Include a minimum of two credible references that were used in your research. Employ the aforementioned “Guidelines for Writing Papers” instructions in the development of your work.
