This week, you will submit a brief summary of three theories that you are considering for your Leadership Development Plan. While you have yet to review all of the theories presented in the course to date, take this time to review the various theories presented in the course readings that you may be interested in integrating into your Development Plan. You may change these later as we dive deeper into each week of the course. 

Provide a minimum of one paragraph for each theory as to why it may be best for enhancing your leadership development. be sure to include a title page and adhere to APA standards for formatting, but a reference page is not required for this particular project checkpoint
